- Colorado law is proud to share that Prof. Blake Reid 鈥10 recently received the H. Latham Breunig Humanitarian Award from Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Inc. (TDI) at their conference this past month.
- Verna Williams, the CEO of Equal Justice Works and former dean of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, will join the Colorado Law community on Sept. 28,聽2023 to deliver the 65th annual John R. Coen Lecture. The lecture, co-sponsored by Equal Justice Works, is titled, 鈥淟et鈥檚 Talk About Race鈥.
- Professor Ahmed White was recently awarded Princeton University鈥檚 Industrial Relations Section鈥檚 2022 Richard A. Lester Book Award for his book, 鈥淯nder the Iron Heel: The Wobblies and the Capitalist War on Radical Workers.鈥

- Highly esteemed constitutional and immigration law scholar, Pratheepan (Deep) Gulasekaram, will join the Colorado Law faculty as Professor of Law this month. Prof. Gulasekaram鈥檚 research focuses on the constitutional rights of noncitizens and federalism concerns in immigration law.
- The University of Colorado American Indian Law Program (AILP) attended the 16th Session of the Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (EMRIP) at the United Nations (UN) in Geneva, from July 17 to July 23.
- Professor Blake Reid 鈥10 will be transitioning from his role as Clinical Professor and Director of the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law & Policy Clinic to Associate Professor of Law on the research faculty. Professor Reid will continue to serve as a faculty director at the Silicon Flatirons Center.聽聽
